Beth Fenton, Business Development Executive

Beth has extensive experience in the acquisition of new client relationships and new revenue in audit, tax, financial advisory, consulting and technology management solutions. She brings 15 years of progressively responsible experience in professional services working for CPA firms and law firms. Beth has proven abilities in identifying opportunities and closing new business and meeting or exceeding goals.

She has demonstrated accomplishments in creating and facilitating sales strategy, proposal development, business presentations and collaborating and coaching Partners.

In Beth's most recent role, she was recruited by the Dallas Managing Partner at RSM (formerly McGladrey) to develop sales strategies and a pipeline across Texas and Oklahoma within the financial institutions, real estate/construction, professional services (technology, architecture), manufacturing/distribution, life sciences, media, restaurants and consumer products industries, as well as for private, public and PEG backed companies. She closed $770,000 in revenue in 13 months, 90% of which was recurring revenue. At the end of 13 months, she had a solid pipeline of $1.2m.

Through personal relationships and networking, she introduced Partners for lead opportunities in transaction services, valuations, merger integration and optimization, IT audit and operations, technology projects, tax, audit, WOTC, SOX, internal audit, quality of earnings, buy side/sell side due diligence, risk management and intangible assets. She played influential role in nurturing prospects and client relationships to maintain a top of mind position. She coached account teams to develop valuable prospect and client connections, including how to manage account challenges.

Over the years, Beth has provided strategic market vision with appropriate tactical action plans to firms. She has superior project management skills. She is known for making decisive and action-driven Business Development decisions which leads to more opportunities and increased revenue.

Beth is a Dallas native and she holds a B.S. in Education from the University of Texas in Austin. She is active in professional organizations as well as charitable. She has extensive network of C-Suite decision makers in the Dallas area and has sold services for years throughout Texas and Oklahoma.
